Remodeling and new build project to provide a critical project under extremely reduced project timescales in order to realise benefits in the wider Healthcare Economy. A great deal of effort was given to still ensuring full engagement with Service Users and creation of a therapeutic environment

 Chorley, Lancashire

Provision of only the second unit of its type in the country. A Mental Health facility in an acute hospital environment that provides support for new and expectant mothers. A very challenging but even more rewarding project!

Warrington, Cheshire

Fit out of an existing building to create a new head office for one of our Blue Chip clients. Our brief was to create a unique, inspiring, and supportive environment for staff and visitors enjoy their time at work

Nationwide

Working with a long established private healthcare provider we have developed a masterplan to develop their existing property stock and aquire new sites / buildings as well.  This was developed to support their planned expansion of services and we are now well into delivering the solution.

Hull, East Yorkshire

One of a number of Fertility clinic projects that we are delivering. This project involves a new build private clinic in an exclusive setting by the River Humber. We have worked with the client to develop design proposals that meet the high quality standards of a private clinic environment and also delivering the complex functional operating requirements.  We provide a comprehensive service to our clients and have supported funding provision, early licencing requirements, and site acquisition.  We love projects like these!

Oxton Village, Wirral

Working as a trusted partner with one of our NHS clients we identified opportunity to dispose of part of an existing site in order to bridge a funding gap for another project development. We have undertaken an extended Feasibility appraisal to ensure that the amount of retained site will allow any potential future development by the trust whilst also making the disposal attractive to developers. We are well on the way with marketing and should complete the disposal on behalf of the Trust very soon!
